Randall MacArthur is the managing partner of the firm. His practice focuses on personal injury cases including workers’ compensation, personal injury protection, and auto negligence.

Randy grew up listening to his father’s stories about legal matters and litigation while sitting around the family kitchen table. He began his professional career working as a personal injury insurance adjuster while working his way through law school. Since 1993, Randy has been passionate about developing industry-leading best practices to develop winning strategies and results for the firm’s clients through thorough investigations, studied legal analyses, definite economic assessments, honorable advocacy, and clear communication – all tempered by budgetary efficiency.

When Randy isn’t working, he spends time with his wife, adult children, and grandchildren. He enjoys epic, multi-day cycling rides across the state and country. He also serves as an elder at his church and on the board of a classical Christian school.
