Chad Franchy is a partner in the firm. His practice focuses on personal injury cases including workers’ compensation defense along with associated Social Security and Medicare issues.

Chad has extensive experience in thoroughly investigating cases, engaging in discovery, taking depositions of lay-witnesses, medical and vocational experts, and trying cases. He takes pride in not just obtaining excellent results, but on making sure his clients, big or small, understand and are part of the strategy along the way.

When not representing your interests, Chad can be found hiking with his wife and dog or tending to their backyard garden.
