Danielle F. Susser is a partner in the firm. Her practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense. She has practiced workers' compensation law since 1977 and has developed extensive knowledge and experience on the issues that employers face.
Danielle exclusively defends and advises employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in all areas of workers' compensation law and claims handling. She views workers' compensation as an integral part of an organization's cost containment policy, not simply as a costly nuisance. Her years in the field allow her to understand the issues that are important to employers and to resolve those issues quickly and cost effectively.
Before joining MacArthur, MacArthur & Associates, P.L.L.C., Danielle was staff counsel for DTE Energy, handling hundreds of contested cases throughout Southeast Michigan beginning in 1980. She continues to represent the interests of employers in workers' compensation cases.
Danielle was born in France. She is a past Detroit Free Press Marathon runner.
